Payment of the registration fee is mandatory to allow the authors to present their contributes and attend shorth courses and fieldtrips. Congress registration fee includes: i) Access to the lectures and poster sessions; ii) Ice-Breaker Party, lunches, coffee breaks, iii) Abstract volume of the Congress.

Accompanying person: 250 euros (includes the Ice-Breaker Party, lunches and coffee breaks)

Social dinner: 85 euros VAT included - 4th of July

Congress registration fee could be paid until the 2nd of July, whereas shorth courses and fieldtrip registration feed must be paid by the 15th of April.

For cancellation within May 31st, the registration fee will be reimbursed but € 50,00 + VAT as administrative fee.

For cancellation from June 1st any reimbursement is foreseen.

An optional cost can be paid to purchase an insurance for fieldtrips. This insurance covers the following unforeseeable circumstances , that did not exist at the time the contract was signed:

• death, illness or injury of the Insured Person or of a single travel companion

• death, illness or injury of family members and partners

• material damage to the home, company or professional studio of the Insured

• inability to reach the place of departure due to serious calamity
