We provide a conference shuttle service from and to Verona airport and from and to Rovereto railway station.

ON THE GO Travel agency will contact you in order to organize your free transfer, as per timetable below.

Shuttle timetable

Transfers departing from Verona Airport and arriving at Riva del Garda:

01st July 2023: 10:00 am, 4:00 pm, 11:15 pm  

02nd July 2023:  10:00 am, 3:00 pm

Transfers departing from Rovereto Railway Station and arriving at Riva del Garda :

01st July 2023:    11:30 am, 4:00 pm

02nd July 2023:  11:30 am, 4:00 pm

Transfers departing from Riva del Garda and arriving at Rovereto Railway Station and Verona Airport:

07th July 2023:    2:00 pm, 5:30 pm

08th July 2023:    7:00 am

Participants who do not book their hotel through our booking engine can still book the transfer service for a fee through the link below :

The cost is Euro 60,- one way for the transfer from and to Verona Airport and Euro 25,- each way for the transfer from and to Rovereto Railway Station.

Transfer services will be confirmed with a minimum number of participants.
